Our Warranty Policy

Coverage: 12 months warranty on battery, mainboard and motor against manufacturer defects.

Claim requirements: Provide evidence (pictures/videos) of the issue.

Exclusions: Damage from misuse such as riding down stairs, speeding excessively, flat tires, damage from falls, exposure to dirt, mud, sand, or water, patterns of low or excessive usage, use of third-party chargers, general wear and tear, burnt boards from overpowering or excessive speed, & transfer of ownership, modifications without authorisation

Decision Authority: Our decision on faulty products is final.
